The solution - improve your posture and flexibility with Pilates & body weight circuit. This class is designed to build essential core strength to reduce daily aches and pains while increasing your flexibility. These scalable sessions are performed with a focus on proper breathing and form.
*Pilates Trigger Point Therapy 4 Neck & Lower Back Aches
We gradually restore strength to the surrounding musculature that support the lower back, hips and knees. We work in standing, bending, leaning, balancing and squatted postures (if student is able). This Pilates Trigger Point inspired workout is scalable, progressively building core strength, improving dynamic and static balance, as well as, increasing flexibility to relieve lower back, hip & knee pain.
