This fun and sweaty mom & baby workout combines Vinyasa-style yoga and short burst of low impact cardio with ab sculpting tribal dance. Get ready shake your hips, move to the hypnotic grooves while you melt away post pregnancy baby fat, bond with your little one and build lean muscle that lasts a life time. This class is perfect for babies ages 0-crawlers. Prenatal moms are encouraged to connect and sweat with us. Modification will be made for prenatal moms to accommodate for your body's changes, each trimester :)

As experts of healthy meal prep for women, we take the confusion out of choosing delicious balanced lunches, dinners and snacks. We customize each mouth watering, meal to suite your daily caloric needs. So whether you want to lose weight, tone up or relieve stress, we make eating healthy - fast, easy, satisfying and oh so delicious. :)

Based on your food preferences, fitness goals, activity level and monthly cycle, we customize a nutritious body toning menu just for you. We know how hectic life can be. With our meals in your fridge, you can have lunch and dinner in seconds. We shop, chop, & prep your meals so all you have to do is heat them, eat them and enjoy.
Each single serve meal is portioned to help you meet your specific fitness goals. Meal orders are placed Monday - Thursday (by 11pm) for pick-up the following Monday at our North Park location.
