Assisted Stretching
An athletic style of bodywork that combines Asian Fire Cupping with strength stretching to release daily aches and muscle tension around the neck and shoulders, hips and quads, gluteal, hamstrings and calves. Traditional Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage is unlike a table massage. It's done on a mat on the floor and the receiver remains fully dressed. There is no massage oil or cream involved because all movements are a combination of focused pinpoint pressure and muscle traction.
