Today's 2.5 mile run was a smoker. After completing a wide variety of stadium stair hops and broad jumps, we mixed in a few sets of jumping chin-ups, step ups, pushups, etc. My all girl crew is tough as nails. :) Even though it was blazing hot this morning, they stayed motivated and had fun. Morning workouts are the best!
