This is the last weekend of 2012. Upon reflection, how would you rate this year? Was it a "great year" or a "not so hot year"? What lessons from 2012 will you take along with you on your journey into 2013? How do you plan on ringing in the New Year? I plan on heading to the hills for a day of hiking and basking in the sun.
Regardless of how you celebrate the New Year, remember to be safe, always have fun and vow to make 2013 better and healthier then last year.

CSI: Stands for Cardio Strength Interval, for those of you who have never expereinced this class. The class vacilates between muscle toning strength exercises and intense cardio drills. Tonight, the ladies "smoked" the step doing plyometric drills coupled with resistance band/body weight conditioning. The ladies were "on" tonight! They will be ready for their "Little Black Dress" come Christmas.
