![]() Can I just tell you how much I love hill training!!!! Hill training develops more then just gorgeous legs, sculpted abs and a perky butt. :) Hill training will teach you how to perform, with grace, under pressure. Hill training is a character builder. The hill forces you to focus on one thing and one thing only - getting to the top - by all means necessary. Hill training is a super attitude changer. You always start off hating the hill; but once you've climbed it and you look back at it from the other side, your prospective changes. Your "pre-hill" negative self talk turns into powerful, positive, "post hill", self-affirmation. Wow! I absolutely love hill training! :) This is the last weekend of 2012. Upon reflection, how would you rate this year? Was it a "great year" or a "not so hot year"? What lessons from 2012 will you take along with you on your journey into 2013? How do you plan on ringing in the New Year? I plan on heading to the hills for a day of hiking and basking in the sun.
Regardless of how you celebrate the New Year, remember to be safe, always have fun and vow to make 2013 better and healthier then last year. Kettlebells are like dumbbells but shaped like a bowling ball with a
handle. Kettlebells come in a wide variety of weights and bright, fun colors. Compact, easy to use and because they deliver quick long lasting results. Celebrities are doing it, top level athletes are doing it even fitness models are doing it. Everybody's training with kettlebells, why aren't you? Kettlebells provide a safe, back to basics approach to fitness that's fun, non-intimidating, and very effective. Kettlebell training boosts your metabolism rate giving your body only one option; incinerate excess body fat and build strong lean muscle. Kettlebells increase stamina, improve flexibility and does wonders for your waistline. Stop in and give it a try. I promise, you'll be glad you did. This video is our pride and joy! http://youtu.be/aMTRiGk7rKU My husband and I achieved CMS status and 1st place winners of the Santa Monica Kettlebell Competition. Stay tuned for more video's in the near future.
The competition was lots of fun. We worked hard preparing for it. It was so worth it! |
