Today's 2.5 mile run was a smoker. After completing a wide variety of stadium stair hops and broad jumps, we mixed in a few sets of jumping chin-ups, step ups, pushups, etc. My all girl crew is tough as nails. :) Even though it was blazing hot this morning, they stayed motivated and had fun. Morning workouts are the best!
The ladies were all fired up for today's workout! Our 3.4 mile run was filled with adventure from broad jumps up hill and hanging ab work to standing one arm rows with leaping lunges and so much more. I'm so proud of my crew! Shout out to Lindsay! Welcome to the team. :)
