Skipping rope is by far the best cardiovascular and total body workout when your short on time. If you want more bang for your time and long term results please add a rope session or two to your training regimen.

Moms In Motion - Mission Valley is gearing up for America's Sweetest Race: "The Hot Chocolate 5k". We will be hosting a registration meet and greet on January 19th at 9:00am at Pilates 4 Women Only in North Park (3930 Utah St., San Diego, 92104). Please bring a yoga mat if you can attend. The new class schedule and rates for 2013 is complete and posted online. The new schedule and rates will go into effect January 1, 2013. Everyone who has purchased a package before January 1, 2013, is guaranteed the 2012 rates until December 31, 2013. This is our way of saying "thank you" for choosing to train with us!
